Best location for summer

I always love to soend sime days here during summer. The hotel is right at the front door of Acardia, and next door to Gagarin Plaza, the movie theatre and Beerteka The staff always have been friendly and responsive to me.

I loved this hotel. I thought it would be bad because it was relatively cheap especially for Arcadia. I got a big clean modern room with a great living room and clean sofa, where everything worked. The staff was friendly and communicative. Checkin checkout was efficient. I loved the area around the hotel. 100 percent happy. Btw try the bbq rib place in the area at the beach. It must be famous but don’t know the name. Sorry.

Very Good Holiday Location

Very conveniently situated Hotel, in the prime summer spot of Akadya. Hotel is clean and tidy, the staff efficient on the front desk, and cleaning/room service staff doing a great job. Linen and bedding good, toiletries provided, bottled water provided, and noise suppression good. For International clients there is only one english channel on TV, BBC News, which is pretty poor considering how affordable Satellite TV is these days. The wifi worked well given the Hotel was fully booked while I was there. Stayed there before, and will be happy to stay again in the future. For those who gamble there is a casino onsite, with shopping centre and movie complex next door. Tram and minibuses within metres.

Приехали в 12:30 попросили по возможности раньше заселить, сказали после часа может. Не взглянув на бронь деже. Подошёл в 13:40 сказали номер не готов ждите. Заселили 14:15/20… Стояла надпитая вода в номере, попросил 2 раза поменять не поменяли. С чемоданом жене не помогли, сказал смотрите где ваш идите забирайте (( оставляли пока ждали номер. И ещё несколько нюансов которые вычеркнули отель с следующих поездок

Great hotel next to the Arcadia promenade. If you face the sea, you do get the music from Queen but overall, the rooms are clean and modern. I would definitely stay there again!

This has to be one of the best hotels in Eastern Europe! The facility is new and clean and in the perfect location! The staff is outstanding! Anastasia who works the registration and Anastasia who organizes the conference center where professional and showed exceptional care and attention! Highly recommend this hotel for all of your conference plans!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. However, the hotel made a mistake on my reservation and I was forced to relocate hotels (with their aid). The front desk and doorman were extremely friendly. The room was cleaned daily and was dependable. The room service and the restaurant (located in the hotel) were awful! After sitting down for dinner, it took the waitress about 45 minutes to bring me the menu. The food was severely overpriced and it wasn’t very good! After asking for the check, it took them another 40 minutes plus to bring that! I didn’t dare pay with a credit card! That would have taken forever to process. The hostess apologized for the poor service and blamed it on the restaurant being very busy. Besides myself, there were 3 tables of guests eating. The menu is very vague on pricing. In the Ukraine, restaurants charge by the weight of the food. For example, a ribeye steak is advertised as being 180uah for each 10 grams of weight! They do this with everything from salads to the main course! If you are on a budget, be very careful with this! It is impossible to estimate what the tab will end up being! It would be far better for them to just list the price, as is done in the USA. I was in shock, when I was handed a $475 tab for 3 people for lunch! So bring your calculator!!!
