Прекрасный и приветливый сервис

Отель очень удачно расположен: рядом и бары, и достопримечательности, и магазины. Также очень приветливый персонал. Во время поездки мне нужно было работать и они предоставили meeting room, что было просто замечательно ❤️ Сами номера выполнены в минималистичном дизайне и тоже не вызывают нареканий. В общем, прекрасный вариант для отдыха и работы!

Otel konum olarak iyi, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar temiz, günlük olarak talep etmeniz dahilinde temizlik sağlanıyor. Kahvaltısı yeterli, az fakat kaliteli ürünler mevcut. Personel herhangi bir sorunuz olması dahilinde yardımcı olmakta. Genel itibari ile konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık, tercih edilebilir bir otel.

Harika bir deneyimdi.

Herşey mükemmeldi. Junior süit çok rahattı. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Resepsiyon çok ilgili ve İngilizce biliyor. Otel merkezde gitmek isteyeceğiniz her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Tertemiz bir otel. Çok teşekkür ederim. Tekrar gittiğimde kalmak isterim.

היינו במלון בשני חדרים חדר אחד דירה וחדר שני סופריור. כאשר הגענו לחדרים הבחנו כי המזגן לא תקין (לא מקרר) בחדר סופריור ובדירה יש 2 חדרי שינה רק חדר אחד עם מזגן מיותר לציין כי החלון בדירה לאורך כל הקיר והשמש דופקת על החלון ונהיה חם מאוד בחדר עד רמת הבלתי נסבל. הבעיה היתה בשני החדרים , הוצע לנו לבטל את ההזמנה אך המחירים בסביבה היו יקרים לעומה מה שהזמנו. המלון לא התחשב והוצע לנו להוסיף כסף על מנת לקבל חדר סטנדרט (200 דולר) ממש בדיחה, שתחילה הזמנו את 2 החדרים היקרים ביותר במלון ועכשיו אנחנו צריכים להוסיף כסף לקבל חדר יותר זול. בהתערבות של הוטל.COM הוסכם לתת לכל חדר פיצוי של לילה על סף 357 ש"ח . כך שקיבלנו החזר כולל של 700 ש"ח עבור שני החדרים. המלון נקי , ארוחת בוקר סבירה . מי שמחפש שהיה במלון נקי ולא יהיה הרבה בחדר שיקח מי שלא שיוותר.

Very good value for money

We stayed in the apartment with our baby. Very nice, clean and practical apartment. Only negative was that air conditioner sometimes made a strange irritating sound that woke us up at night, but at least it worked to cool apartment. It’s no elevator but that’s clearly stated in description and it didn’t bother us much. Breakfast was very basic but practical if you don’t want to go out to eat. All in all, very good value for money.

Great small hotel near center

Great small hotel close to center, but away from noise. Very modern and clean. Great breakfast with plenty hot and cold options. The shower was a bit small with shower curtain that was clinging to the body. Also, no elevator. Getting luggage to the third floor was a hassle, but overall a great stay. The staff is very accommodating and eager to please.
