The room was clean, staff were friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast was good. Great location to get to all the local places. A fantastic stay.

Room type: Presidential Apartment (3 berm, 2 ba). Having 2 bathrooms made getting ready much easier hard to find properties with the second bathroom. The Good: Our kitchen was a nice space to make coffee, store our delicious pastries and snacks, and had we been inclined to cook, was fully stocked. Our balcony was used often and we appreciated having a broom as we needed to sweep daily - understandable for an outdoor space. The provided iron and ironing board came in handy as did the washer and dryer. Front desk staff was happy to provide extra pods for the washer. Areas for improvement: I will say the one thing that I wasn’t as impressed with was the cleanliness of the unit as a whole. If I had a small child who would be crawling or playing on the floor, I would have been quite unhappy. Baseboards were dirty in spots, the floor darkened our socks until I cleaned the floor with some Clorox wipes we had, the rug was in need of a vacuum…

Part f our group arrived late, and the hotel staff handled everything with impressive professionalism. Due to an air‑conditioning issue, our reserved large apartment was unavailable, but we were promptly offered two air‑conditioned units instead. This solution was more than acceptable and ensured a comfortable stay. The apartments were spacious, well‑appointed, and captured the charm of Old Montreal. The kitchenette, living and dining areas, and full laundry made the stay especially convenient. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the waterfront and the Old Port’s attractions. Despite the busy season, the hotel accommodated a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property for groups, families, and anyone seeking a comfortable and well‑located stay.
