Welcome to us on the sunny plateau Oetzerau. The Star Villa is well over 100 years old, rebuilt in 1964 and 2006 and 2012. Completely renovated and brought up to date.
With us you enjoy the view of the beautiful mountains. In the many clear nights, you are the stars so close that you can attack this literally.
Make it an evening stroll and enjoy the incomparable atmosphere around the Star Villa. We look forward to you!

Both apartments have each about 50 m2. A separate staircase going from an anteroom both apartment doors away. That is, you can book these 2 apartments as a cohesive unit. Basically, 4 persons spend the night, baby extra beds or extra bed are possible.

Suuny Lounge with Good View
The property is about 3-4km up the hill from Oetz itself and quite a distance from a bus stop, so a car is a must have if you stay here. Michael and Petra are lovely hosts with excellent local knowledge. The apartment itself is a reasonable space and the lounge is sunny through the day. As our hosts suggested, the apartment could do with an upgrade as some of the fixtures and fittings are tired and neglected. The apartment is accessed via an external 20 step stair case; so no good for elderly, disabled or carrying lots of stuff. There isn't any ski/boot storage room.
