Incredible views of the surrounding Wasatch mountain range and Pineview Reservoir lay out on all sides of this Huntsville townhome. The visionary lakeside community and its convenient proximity to Snowbasin Resort is perfect for mountain lovers.

The main level is the ideal gathering place with the kitchen, living area, and dining room, large picture windows, and back deck overlooking the steep peaks of Mount Ogden and Ben Lomond. A large mud room and laundry are located adjacent to the entry from the extra tall, one-car garage.

The upper level offers a roomy king master bedroom with equally stunning views of the surrounding Ogden Valley from its own walk-out deck and includes a spacious and sleek bathroom with a separate tub and shower. There's a second King bedroom en-suite upstairs, a third twin bunk (stacked 3 high) bedroom, and a hallway full bath.

The lower level provides a separate living area with another queen bedroom, galley kitchen, and living room. The walkout basement leads to the included hot tub and large grassy common area, pickle ball courts, and pavilion.

Excellent location for the venues we wanted. The house was very nice with beautiful views from every room. The hot tub was a nice addition. Mountain Luxury was a superb rental agency to work and met all of needs. We would definitely rent this home again.

A Wonderful Winter Stay in Huntsville

We stayed at this property and it was fantastic! The property provided plenty of space for our party of 8 and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The location was very convenient for skiing (Snowbasin) and a short drive for snowmobiling. We look forward to coming back!

Perfect for a girls trip

The property was spacious, sparkling clean, well equipped, and in a great location for a girls trip ski weekend. 12 min from Snowbasin, a short drive to convenience stores and Huntsville’s charming downtown. Communication with the hosts couldn’t have been better, they were very responsive and helpful with my questions. Highly recommend!

This property was perfectly located for our family to easily get to and from Snowbasin in minutes. The layout was great for allowing everyone their own space while large enough to get together when we wanted to. We recommend this to anyone interested in the area.
