"We were in Wilmington for Thanksgiving! The house was a great place to gather. The kitchen was equiped with everything to easily make the holiday dinner. The house is conveniently situated near the shopping district which we appreciated for Black Friday. We'd definitely rent again"

"The rooms were exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were crisp white and looked new. I especially liked that there was no carpeting in the room. The flooring was some sort of composite, which added to the brightness and cleanliness. The room also had an efficient kitchenette with a large refrigerator and dishwasher. Very well appointed for an extended stay. I especially liked the closet having 2 access doors, one from the hall and the other from the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the comfort and convenience of location and efficiency of the small kitchen. The staff was also very cordial and welcoming to this weary traveler "
