"It's a super welcoming hotel. Super nice and helpful staff. They sincerely helped us to carry the luggages down or up the staircases. I appreciated the staff who served for our check-in. He explained very detail about our stay politely and clearly"

"Amazing service all around. We were greeted straight away, shown to our room and the available facilities. The ryoken was very peaceful and clean. Dinner was 10/10 and we had lovely onsens to enjoy."
