Exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable.Probably not for children as there is no yard but 2 nice decks
The location within a few minutes walk over the foot bridge to Perkins cove is wonderful .
Located within a well treed area on a quiet side road with absolutely no traffic, it is very quiet and we enjoyed many times with coffee, drinks or a book ( tablet) on the front porch in the shade.
Two large beds, a small but clean bathroom with a good shower, quiet wall A/C in all rooms, excellent WI/FI, large TV with basic cable and a well appointed kitchen. Washer, dryer but no dishwasher. Who cares when most meals can be taken in one of the many restaurants, several within walking distance.
With the hot weather we occasionally used the A/C which works well and is very quiet, but we enjoyed the fact that all the windows are screened and can be opened to let in the breeze from the sea while we were at home or at night..
Of course, we took a daily walk to Ogunquit along the wonderful marginal way. This is a 1 mile long paved walking path from Perkins cove to Ogunquit, with spectacular view of the ocean, coves and beaches as well as the many flowered gardens along the way. We often took the walk for a 10 am cafe/croissant at the Roses bakery downtown.
You can also go for a swim along the marginal way in the little coves , supervised, at low tide, but the water is cold (15C). Many good restaurants for various tastes to be chosen from Perkins cove all the way to Ogunquit along the streets.
