"They don’t tell you about extra charges for things and it is not kid friendly AT ALL"

"The sink is always clog. water is slowly draining. The dirty towels were not collected the following morning. The hotel did not inform the potential guest ahead of time that the swimming pool was closed. the swimming pool is one of the reason why we booked at the hotel. they only opened it after staying a night at the hotel.Since we complained about the dirty sink. they said they upgraded us to a suite which turned a smaller bathroom compared to the room I booked which can accomodate a disabled person. no coffee maker jus like what we had from original room we booked."

"My room was in the vestibule right next to the exit. I didn’t feel that comfortable staying there."

"The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light. "

"Staff was very friendly. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. "

"Other then the toilet had a hard time flushing the rest of the stay parking and all was wonderful. "
