"Don’t stay here! Totally overpriced for a hotell that did not offer any food - except breakfast?! Better of booking a cheap Ibis that still would offer better service than this hotel. Got a designer award (for this cheap and ugly looking place with no sustainability whatsoever) ??!! Area totally disgusting as hotel is placed in an industrial zone on the old, deserted train tracks. Trying to appeal to some young crowd -who would never pay these prices. This place will go down quickly if they don’t change. No fridge in the room to keep a cold drink?! Will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone, and I feel previous feedback 10/10 is totally fake! NO hotell get that today"

"Wir waren zu 13 Personen für ein Wochenende im Ferienhaus Taufstein und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und modern ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr schnell und unkompliziert.Die Lage ist ideal: Die Vulkantherme ist quasi um die Ecke, was das Wochenende für alle noch entspannter gemacht hat. Für eine große Gruppe wie unsere war das Haus perfekt geeignet. Wer mit Familie oder Freunden einen erholsamen Aufenthalt plant, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The front desk clerk was polite and helpful. The view of Marburg Castle from our room was incredible! Unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The room was tiny, the carpets were stained and gross and the cleaner knocked on our door before check out time when the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. The location is close to the old town, restaurants and shopping but I would not stay here again."

"We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. In de koelkast stind heerlijke verse thuis gemaakte appelsap klaar. Het verblijf was perfect voor jongeren door de pooltafel en tafel voetbaltafel. Voldoende ruimte om te slapen. De bedden waren wel wat hard. Vanuit het plaatsje kun je prima naar allerlei verschillende locaties toe zoals Kassel en Fritzlar. Supermarkt is binnen 10 minuten rijden. Er staat een mooie grote barbecue klaar en een vuurhaard buiten om extra lang te genieten van de prachtige tuin. Fotos van huis en omgeving. "
