"My daughter and I stayed at Nikos Villas for a week in July 2025. It was just perfect. The location is close enough to easily walk to the center of Oia within 10 minutes; however, it is far enough out that it is in quiet surroundings. The villa was clean and well-maintained. The A/C worked well; however, we kept the windows and doors open to enjoy the breezes. The pool area was clean and well-kept. The pool menu and drinks were great, thanks much to Georgia and Maria! And the front desk staff was so accommodating to arrange tours and transportations for us (thanks much to Dimitrius!). If we ever made it back to Santorini, we would definitely stay at Nikos Villas."

"The views from the Villa are incredible. The pick up service and porters to bring your luggage down are a must if you stay here. If you have any physical limitations, find someplace else to stay. If you are in good health, definitely stay here. The service is excellent.
