"This is our 4th time here, the rooms were OK, dust on the head board and dresser in the 2nd floor bedroom. Kitchen floor was sticky in spots (not sure if it was from us or not) but when cleaned up with a paper towel, the towel was really dirty. Bathrooms were ok. Washer and dryer were very dirty, washer rubbber ring had black spots on it, and dryer had so much lint all over it, we were suprised that it didn't catch on fire. Cozy 2-bedroom cabin,sleeps 5, located on a private Ln,Close to Cooks Forest.

10/10 Excellent

"Tom and Zabrina were the greatest hosts that we could hope for. They came over and made sure there was nothing that we needed for our stay. They even stayed and chatted about the area for awhile. The cabin was set up better than some people would even think of needing for a few days stay. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Their dog Starla was so adorable and friendly. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended! Words cannot describe how great this cabin was! Thank you so much to Tom,Zabrina and Starla!"

Yvonne at the front desk was especially kind and informational with all the events of the property. Our dining experience was exceptional with Katherine as our server. "Camp was very clean. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils. Easy check in and check out. Host was very nice and answered my questions quickly. Would definitely refer friends and family we enjoyed our short vacation."

"The Treehouse was excellent and the accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and seemed very cozy. There were clear instructions for the stove top that made it simple to use. Communications with the host were very good and she responded very quickly to the couple of minor issues we encountered. We had an outstanding time and enjoyed ourselves however there are a couple of issues I want to include:1. Although the listing said that firewood was provided, we were surprised to find out that it was at an additional cost. The fire pit itself has been well loved for a while and has some rust holes in it.2. The staircase/ladder to the sleeping area was very steep. If you have mobility issues it may be difficult to get to the bed. You cannot walk down the stairs, you have to turn around and climb down the ladder.3. Although the cabin is very clean we found that it had a lot of scented air fresheners present. The fragrance was a problem for us since we routinely avoid anything that is not unscented."

"We really appreciated large rooms and plenty of bathrooms for our group of eleven. Large dining table was great. We would have appreciated better seating for a large group in the TV room, and more prep space in the otherwise well stocked kitchen. The house is well cared for and the AC works great. We loved the stained glass windows! And the outside space was lovely."
