Surf retreat #2 is nested in renowned Atlantic Shores, a quiet and peaceful seaside neighbourhood . The condo is 250 meters from famous surf spots of Freights, 500 meters from South Point surf break and 1 km from iddilic Miami beach.

All rooms benefits of very high vaulted ceilings which gives volume to the space and provides a cooler environment in the house. Spacious gourmet kitchen with new high end appliances connects openly to the living area. Both bathrooms were fully renovated and are modern and stylish. Large and confortable Queen size beds in both the master and second bedroom

The entire condo is yours to use except for two cabinets that are reserved for maintenance and house supplies. The carport parking is reserved for this condo
