Property was clean and the room we got was large enough that our family of 4 didn’t feel like we were constantly in each others way or anything. Location was good. Plenty of options for food and drink. A large donqi was about a 5min walk away and a small shopping center, both right next to hop street. But if you ’re planning on spending more time around shinjuku and/or shibuya it’s quite far, which unfortunately is what we did.

The lobby and public area are clean and well organized. The VIP lounge offers variety of food and drinks all day. Staffs are polite and helpful. The only drawback is that there seems some strange smell in my room. Otherwise, it is perfect. I will give 9/10 scores.
