  • Discover this magnificent property, offering three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, two of which are equipped with bathtubs. One of the bedrooms is furnished with four single beds, while the others have comfortable 140cm beds. Each bedroom has direct access to the terrace, and two to the private garden. This property is exceptional

    by its beautiful volumes and high ceilings, creating an airy and bright atmosphere. You will feel like you are in a villa rather than an apartment!



    Upon entering, you will be greeted by an elegant reading room, while a charming mezzanine TV lounge gives you access to two of the bedrooms. The American kitchen opens onto the immense living space, also opens onto the garden and the terrace, inviting moments of conviviality in the open air, making this space a true haven of peace in the middle of nature.

    The community swimming pool is nestled in the wonderful tropical gardens and surrounded by sun lounges where you can take the time for a siesta in the sun. Situated on the hills overlooking La Cala de Mijas, the residence offers incredible views of the sea and the mountains with several areas protected by Unesco.



    In Elviria, just a few minutes drive away, you will find a wide choice of restaurants as well as a pharmacy, an organic market, a luxury grocery store etc. and several supermarkets, one of which is open 365 days a year.

    The location is ideal for those who want to be close to city life while being quiet.

    You will be a few kilometers from the beach, close to the famous Nikki Beach, and not far from the old town of Marbella, where you can take beautiful walks or simply relax.

    Please note that for your comfort we provide a BASIC WELCOME PACK including mini-doses of shampoo, shower gel, soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few capsules for coffee and the dishwasher, which will NOT GET RENEWED during your stay !

Lovely first impressions, but overall the property felt quite tired and in need of a thorough clean. It also lacked a warm, homely feel, so it never really felt comfortable or welcoming.There was no maid service or mid-week towel change included, and although you could request fresh towels, there was an additional charge per person, which was disappointing. The only welcome item provided was a bottle of water, which felt a little underwhelming, especially as the property is located in the hills with a very basic shop located 20minute walk up hill. The outdoor space also didn’t feel particularly comfortable or inviting. The wooden seating area at the top had no cushions, there was no BBQ for guests to use, and the garden itself could have done with a tidy up and some general maintenance. It felt like a missed opportunity, as the outdoor area has plenty of potential.I also don’t think guests should be charged in cash on arrival for a travel cot, we have never been charged for something like this before. Another disappointment was that the beds only had thin sheet covers rather than proper duvets, which added to the basic feel of the accommodation.Overall, while the property has potential and makes a good first impression, it lacked the comfort, attention to detail, and homely touches we were expecting.

l'appartement était très bien.

l'appartement était très bien. il manque par contre pas mal de matériels comme presse agrume, des casseroles, serpillère pour le sol (on a du l'acheter pour faire le ménage), des boites en plastique, des bols pour la salade.... si non la disponibilité des personnes (Jon) de l'agence et leur gentillesse est très appréciable. ça constitue pour nous la principale raison pour passer par exoimmo.
