Hotel room is clean and comfortable, and the private onsens are really great for relaxing. Dinner and breakfast are really must try in my opinion. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful too."

"Beautiful, modern, very tastefully decorated property. The front desk attendee was very hospitable, a warm welcome to our first time in Yufuin! Gems is a minute walk from the station / bus stop, and is located centrally to Yufuin town. The walk to Kinrin lake was beautiful, with views of the mountain on the street. The room we booked was incredibly spacious, and although designed for 4, did not feel too empty for 2. The bathroom is so well done and so clean, with a huge bath tub that just invites a private soak. We would stay again next time! "
