Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget. "Was a good stay, close to SM North Edsa. One night before heading by bus to Clark by way of Trinoma bus terminal which is the mall next to SM North Edsa."

"The apartment is privately owned. Wall paper falling off the walls. Hose for the washing machine on the bathroom floor. WiFi stopped working, inform reception but not for them to fix. "

"I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"
