Wildlife roams freely at this Okanagan Falls retreat, where deer and mountain sheep wander through the property under the watchful eyes of osprey and eagles above. Savor a glass of wine picked up from a nearby winery or unwind in the gazebo with a good book.

Tranquil setting with beautiful views overlooking Skaha Lake
Sit on the deck and watch wild life visit. Deer or mountain sheep roam through the property with osprey and eagles above. Sip on wine you picked up on a walk to a winery in the neighborhood. Under 10 minutes drive to several beaches in Okanagan Falls or Penticton. Take your bike along the KVR trail in Okanagan Falls or climb the world renowned Skaha Bluffs under 10 minutes away. There is a kayak provided for you to explore Skaha, Vaseux or Okanagan lakes. Or find solitude with a book in the gazebo in the shade. Whether you choose to hike, bike, play on the water or enjoy the wineries and restaurants in the south Okanagan my home is an ideal place to come home to and relax. The vacation rental is a 1450sq ft 3 bedroom,2 bathroom home accessible via a flat walkway from the car port. Private use of the deck, gazebo and garden.
NOTE there is a steep bank to one side of the property, parents MUST supervise young children. Plenty of areas otherwise for them to run and play.
There is a completely separate (entrance and patio) suite not visible from the main home only visible from the lower bottom yard. The tenant works away and is rarely home during the summer.

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is magnificent, we spent lots of time enjoying the view and the serenity. Each evening we enjoyed going for walks also. The location is perfect, close to many winerys. Overall I would give this property a 10/10. We hope to return next year.
We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the wonderful deck with our coffee in the morning. The view was spectacular, loved the flowers, and we had visits from the deer every day. It was a very tranquil setting. Sandra was very friendly, accommodating and great to deal with. We had some issues but she did her best to deal with them.
The check-in process was super simple and the house was extremely clean. Sandra was very welcoming and well organized. She was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Wonderful stay! Will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home surrounded by nature with a great view of the Skaha Lake. Sandra was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed and more. My family enjoyed the experience and we fully recommend it!
We had a great time at this home with a great view of Skaha lake, a wonderful and accommodating host and the location is close to Pentiton. We were in the area for a family milestone birthday. We were able to host a couple family dinners at this location with 4 generations. The layout was great to accommodate everyone inside and out on the deck. The host provided many extra amenities and condiments that were very much appreciated.
Amazing view and well stocked kitchen etc. check in was a breeze. such a tranquil property. Sandra was very welcoming. Above and beyond expectations. Definitely going back
We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s home. She was warm and welcoming even leaving some bubbles and freezies for the kiddos upon arrival. She answered any questions with ease and recommended places to go. The house was clean and the patio was a great place to relax all day and into the evening.
Wonderful stay. The pripert is very comfortable with ample room for our family with my parents and our kids. The deck overlooks the lake and beautiful sunsets. Sandra was very welcoming including bringing the kids some bubnles and thoughful gift of local jam and relish. Highly recommend!
Beautiful property and view! Sandra was a great host who addressed all of our needs and questions. A wonderful vacation home for us and our adult children.
My husband and I and our two adult daughters stayed in this beautiful home with a gorgeous view from the large back deck. The gazabo at the front is a great place for tea and a good book. We enjoyed having meals on the patio and enjoying the view. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms which was perfect for us. The house is spacious and well-equipped. Sandra communicated well with us over our stay with a quick response time.
I desired a larger home with a view of the lake for my wedding guests. Sandra’s home was the perfect spot, and she spared no detail in making it a delightful stay. Her friendly and prompt communication was much appreciated during a very busy time. Highly recommend this perfect getaway!
Good stay. Sandra was very helpful and met us at the house to show us around her place. Cabinets are fully stocked with day to day items and so you will not be wanting.Deck has beautiful view - rail though quite rickety but Sandra warned us about it and the staircase that’s no longer safe.Nice AC. Sandra left morning coffee and juice refreshments and freezies for the kids as a bonus. Long term basement tenant is not listed in the description but he is rarely around and did not disturb our stay.
Sandra was a wonderful and attentive host. She met us at the door, explained everything concerning the home and had a book 4” thick with information on the things “to see and do” in the valley. When considering our booking, she sent photos of the driveway and parking options as one of us was arriving in a 25’ camper van. There was a “water boil alert” in the area to not drink the warmer, but she supplied several 5 gallon water jug and a fancy dispenser so it was a non-issue. When the weather suddenly got HOT, we tried to use the AC, which promptly died Sandra worked her magic on a Sunday and had a repairman there in hours. Unfortunately, it was terminal. Such is life, but she swept back in with 3 fans to help us over the last night. Unfortunately, even though we could see that the home was VERY clean, the cleaner had neglected to sweep and/or mop any of the floors. Additionally, the list in VRBO neglected to advise that the property was shared with an elderly gentleman who lived below and had a car parked under the cover. Sandra and I spoke and she agreed to make this advisement in her future postings on VRBO. The tenant was seldom seen or heard, but it is something that should be known before renting. Overall, we would rent the home again and enjoy the large kitchen and views.
