We had a good experience overall and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything went smoothly and we didn’t run into any issues. We were satisfied with the cleanliness, room size, facilities, and the staff’s behavior. The breakfast could have been better, but it was still decent. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
good location, near the monorail station, with shopping mall and restaurants nearby. The room is a bit small, but clean and tidy. Price is reasonable and worthy.
I like their lobby and restaurant, clean and relaxing. My first time staying, their breakfast is unexpectedly unforgettable, full of love and sincerity. Excellent !
There was construction going on, which detracted from the enjoyment of our stay, but overall, it was a good experience. Limited parking was a bit inconvenient, plus a bit expensive. The public bath was a plus, and the main reason for choosing this hotel.
Breakfast was great and had lots of varieties. They have a great selection of Blue Seal ice cream so that was a huge plus for me!
Staff were nice and efficient. Room is a bit small however.
Construction was ongoing during our stay so a little but of an inconvenience.
There was a bath on top floor but was unable to try. People with tattoos aren’t allowed as most public baths.
This is my second time with this hotel.
This time I was lucky enough to book a twin room.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
The amenities at this hotel are great
This hotel also has a Japanese-style public bath, which is very nice.
This hotel is located in a very convenient location, close to San-A and convenience stores.
I am big fan of this hotel so I’ll be beck next year for sure!!
The employee was very nice. Its a small room but clean not too bad staying for one night. The shower water pressure is very strong 👍. They have parking but its payed parking and very small.
The room is clean and comfortable for single person. Room not very spacious but space is ample for me. Hotel is right beside naha main place shopping mall which offer free parking and near to monorail. Parking available at 1100 yen(payable every night). The breakfast buffet is great with lots of food choices at a fee at 1760 yen.
The place got the job done. Clean, good water pressure, comfortable bed, quiet and most of all, a great breakfast. For the price, I was really satisfied. The front desk and breakfast staff were cordial and welcoming, too.
Room is shabby and uncomfortable. Breakfast is good. Receptionists are extremely rude and unkind. Their attitude is basically 'don't bother me, will you?' Whenever you say anything to them, they look irritated. I have been to many hotels around the world. Receptionists at this hotel is by far the worst. Beware.
My experiance here was awsome, the staff where very friendly and the room was clean. The only downside is that parking near the hotel was scarce unless you paid for it. overall it was a good day.
clean room mostly. but i spotted a lizard on my door frame and chased it out… think has to do with the ongoing reno works. the entire building is wrapped with mesh netting and metal scaffolding… this is a bit scary due to recent fire in HK with similar setup!
