We found the hotel did have an retro style elegance. However the beds were very uncomfortable, in need of an upgrade. The staff was kind but we had to ask for everything. The view is magnificent,overlooking the ocean no obstruction. We had to pay the use of the beach chairs.

Excellent hotel with impeccable service. Onsite dining option us great, especially the japanese restaurant where we had a special course meal for 8 people in a reserved room. Would definitely come again and recommend to others. One minor downside is the breakfast place rather small and easily crowded, but you can use line app to get your waiting number in your room, minimizing wait time on site.

The rooms are huge and the view amazing. The beach is not that nice as the one of the hotel nearby. In July the place was full of families with toddlers. What ruined the experience for us was the plethora of rules and restrictions eg around use of the pool, which made it very hard to relax. Also, you needed to present a voucher for almost anything like comfortable beds at the pool. The extra costs for the pool beds and other services in the hotel were ridiculously high. But most of all there are real safety concerns. The hotel is occupied mostly by Chinese guests. Staff rarely speak any English with the exception of a few. One night the alarm went off and there were loud PA announcements in the room in various Asian languages but not one word in English. We had to evacuate as the emergency exits were blaring to do so. This created panic as we had no idea what was happening. Having experienced a fire before in my life, I know that seconds can matter. Not having any sense of what was happening was deeply upsetting and a real safety concer for future guests. The hotel apologized when we raised the issue afterwards but seemed unaware or unconvinced about the need to communicate in English about such things.

Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming. Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places. Outdoor pool area is nice but you have to pay extra for the cabanas. Overall great place for a relaxing vacation but if you're someone who enjoys swimming in the ocean and lots of marine sports, then probably not the best option.

朝食付きのプランで宿泊しました。翌朝7時からのシュノーケリングで、帰ってからの朝食では間に合わないかもしれないと伝えたところ、お昼に振替ができることや、部屋で着替えてゆっくりしたければ有料で12時までステイできるという案内をいただき、何事にも焦ることなく充分に楽しめました。結局朝食は時間に間に合い日本食をいただきましたが、おかわりしてしまうほど美味しかったです。特にお味噌汁のお出汁が最高でした。
