Excellent Hotel with great onsen

Amazing hotel with great room and amenities. The gym could be improved though. It was extremely small with barely any equipements and no weights. Very good onsen as well. Overall, excellent and will stay again when I am back in Okinawa.

It was nice to sit on the balcony and overlook the waterway. The staff was second to none. There is an on sight 7/11 which was very convenient. There was an ATM machine too. Only negative side is they do not have a currency changer that I know of. There is one at a nearby hotel.

Fabulous stay , I enjoyed this part of the trip the most . The hotel allowed early check in and upgraded my room . The room was fabulous, spacious and has everything I needed. The onsen was free with my trip and was fabulous . I had a great Christmas here . It was quiet in the tenth floor . Hotel is in a good location , fabulous staff , I couldn’t have asked for a better stay . Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here . Nice little gym and pool and convenient shop on the premises was truly fantastic .

Need more lounge chairs at the pool.

It was a good stay. As a VIP member of hotels.com, we got an upgrade. One issue really didn't affect us because we were able to get lounge chairs at the pool. I was surprised they only had six lounge chairs at the pool. There were plenty of straight-back chairs, but they wouldn't be comfortable to sit on for a long time. I suggest the hotel at least double the number.

ホテル内をウロウロ迷ったりしていると、必ず近くにいるスタッフが声をかけて、案内などしてくれた。 スパタワーの方に宿泊した。とても綺麗で静かだった。 一日中遊び疲れて帰ってきて、ベットに転がった。夜、子供が疲れて部屋から出たがらなかった時、窓から見えたスーパーに行った。地元ならではのスーパーはレンジもあった。お惣菜コーナーはあまり充実はしてなかった。カールが売ってた。 ホテルにコンビニとパン屋もあった。 プールも良かった。子供が毎日行きたがった。深いところがあるので気をつけた方がいい。監視員さんもいるのでそれは安心。スパもプールも、その場でタオルを貸してくれるのでとても便利。 室内プールは水の中で目を開けたら、痛くてプールを上がった後もしばらく目が開けられなかった。少し汚い感じがした。プールの底の滑り止めのためのザラザラ加工がなかなか鋭いので、バタ足で擦れて血が出た。 嫌なところを書いてしまったものの、トータル的によかったし、高得点で、間違いないと思う。
