Almost thought the place was out of service. Not a single light was on in the lobby during check in. Like no other check in I’ve ever experienced. If it hadn’t been a clean room, beds soft and shower having good water pressure, I would have given this place a one star instead of 2.

At no fault of the hotel and staff but Expedia indicated they had a restaurant and free 24hr shuttle which was not the case. Area looks ok just not a lot of guests for sure. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfy.

Nice staff and comfy bed.

The people who checked us in were very professional and nice. The bed and shower were great, but it looked and smellled old. Taking the carpets out would do a lot for the look and smell. The location was good for the airport and Cracker Barrel. The area right across the highway was scetchy at night, but the one next to the hotel was better.

Pros: Close to restaurants and a gas station nearby. Late check out at noon. Each room has WiFi. Cons: The rooms feel a bit outdated. When we first walked into our room it felt stuffy.

The only problem I had was actually finding the property. Google maps was a little confusing and I drove around the place twice because there’s no sign on the actual building that says Courtyard Marriott. I think the only sign on the building is Bonvoy?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms need major upgrading. The couch was torn and the stuffing coming out. It was hard to get the air conditioner to cool down the room, then couldnt get it to shut down to keep the room from getting too cold

There was no hot water in the morning for room 229. Before booking the room, I checked that there would be shuttle service from the Courtyard to airport beginning at 4 am daily. At check-in, we requested a shuttle to airport at 5 am. There was no driver the following morning. Luckily we could take Uber at an extra cost.

No room at the inn.

When we arrived to checkin we were told they had no room available. They comped us a room at a sister hotel. I was pretty upset - after 11 hours in the car! However it all worked out. Would have appreciated a better explanation of why they didn’t honor our reservation.
