In town for one night. Solo. Booked the junior suite w king bed. Pros: cheap price. Large room. Close to a couple ok restaurants. Lobby bar was nice. Bartender was pleasant and helpful. Clean. Cons: staff was rude. I specially check in person (Kylie). Was rude, didn’t smile or say anything polite, seemed mad she had to work and I interrupted her phone time as it was sitting out, and not helpful. Parking is terrible. Rooms need updating badly. The usual go to comfy beds were old and could feel springs. Small snack area that was horribly expensive for the smaller versions of everything. Shower was horrible. Terrible water pressure.

Nice hotel in a great location. Charleston Restaurant (which is a wonderful restaurant) was right next door. The staff, especially Kylie, were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received when we checked in. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, two TV sets, small refrigerator and coffee bar.
