Exposed reclaimed brick, high ceilings, vintage reclaimed woods and large windows provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. The third story terrace provides an exceptional outdoor living space that has been carefully crafted for large entertaining spaces. An amazing space for entertaining as well as relaxing at home located by the Brownstones at Maywood Park. Amenities include a hot tub, a large jet spa tub, and a large spa-like master bathroom with an enormous shower. Indoor and outdoor rooftop space for entertaining guests and a bar with an ice machine. Fully furnished and equipped with all of the necessary appliances. All rooms have smart TVs and cable service, upstairs space has two TVs for sports and entertainment. House has audio systems and wifi Sonus systems for great and easy connectivity.
