I specifically found and booked this hotel with a nice indoor pool for our weekend with a guest in town and when we got there after I checked in they told me both the pool and gym were not open because they were under renovations. It was really frustrating that they weren’t clear up front.

Most of the hotels atleast provide 1 bottle of water but this one did not. Secondly, the parking is not included and it charged me double price $74 eventhough i checked in at 11:30pm. I will not recommend this hotel

3rd time back at this hotel. The parking at the hotel is ridiculous. Never before has it been valet only and at $35 dollars per day. That’s just down right wrong. I asked the valet attendant if he could drive a stick shift, he said WHATS THAT!!!! The parking is not covered to protect from the weather and too expensive. Large spacious rooms, large walk in shower.

The front desk personnel are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the area. Pool was not open when we stayed came prepared with swimsuits so this was disappointing. I believe the gym was also closed however another was available. Breakfast was not up to par for a hotel of this quality. Had an issue with cleaning staff who did not allow me to enter the bathroom. I was assured management handled it.
