Cute House on Dakota

The house on Dakota was perfect for us. We had two adults and two children 2 and under. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and lenins. It was comfortable and gave plenty of room for the kids to play. The fenced in back yard was a huge plus!

Family visit.

We were in town to attend a family birthday. For the time that we were in the home it was good and there was ample supplies in the kitchen. We ran into one snag the hosts were attentive, and it did not happen again.

Norman VRBO

There was a glitch with the air conditioner and the fan ran nonstop for the 3 days we were there. It was convenient to where we were spending our days and that’s why I chose this VRBO. It’s a sweet little house, the bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The plastic Adirondack chairs on the back should have been hosed off and the porch swept before we arrived. The house wasn’t spic and span clean, but clean enough.

Nice House

The house was clean and in a nice location in proximity to where I was going. The communication was great and the house had everything needed. The only issue I had pointed out with the manager is the air filter needed to be changed with the AC and might have affected the air flow a bit. But the house stayed cool when I turned the air temperature down at night.

Nice house on Dakota St.

overall great. Master bdrm closet upper door is off hinge when we first got there. Bathroom sink doesn't drain properly. However, this was very helpful for my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grand kids to stay in and not be on top of us in my 2bdrm townhouse in Norman!!

Norman

The property was not as clean as I had anticipated. There were dead bugs and someone had splashed some substance all over dining room wall. The air conditioner could not keep up the first couple of days with the extreme heat. While the contact person was quick to respond , his solution was for me to change out his filters. I had to go out and buy fans. The only electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. Location was good.

Very kind and communicative hosts from the start. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable bed, everything you would need in the kitchen, cozy living room, and large backyard. It was perfect for our dogs, we were able to play fetch and unwind after full days of agility competition. Would definitely stay here again.
