You'll be walking distance to UCO, 1 mile from the historic and rich Route 66 & Downtown Edmond, and only minutes away from everything that the OKC metro area has to offer. This single family home has a full kitchen, single bath, two bedrooms, and a dedicated workstation. Book your stay and prepare to be amazed by the incredible architectural features built into every corner.

    The space
    This new construction, single family home was designed to mimic the layout of a studio apartment/loft. The main floor features an eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom, and one bedroom with a full sized bed. Upstairs is the master suit with a queen bed and workspace that overlooks the common area below.

    Guest access
    Guest will have full access and use of the property 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there is an electronic door lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
