This cozy home comfortably sleeps six guests across three spacious bedrooms, each with soft carpets, comfortable mattresses, and blackout blinds to ensure a restful sleep.

The spacious primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a soft upholstered headboard, and modern artwork. This room features a large closet so you can easily unpack your belongings and settle in, especially great for long stays!

The second and third bedrooms follow similar layouts with plush queen-sized beds and free-standing cabinets. These spaces are well-lit and come together with a modern minimalist design.

This home pairs privacy and convenience with two full bathrooms, each with a large single vanity and combination bathtub and shower. Fresh fluffy towels are ready for your arrival as well as complimentary bath products.

Neighborhood description
This neighborhood is very quiet and safe. This is an ideal house to access a major highway to get anywhere without multiple stoplights!

PARKING: Please read the following regarding Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, Semi-Trailers and Buses. If this ordinance is not followed, the Guest will be billed for the Citation.

- § 59-10450. - Commercial vehicles, trucks, semi-trailers and buses. Commercial vehicles, trucks and semi-trailers shall not be parked or stored in residential zoning districts, except when being actively loaded or unloaded. Buses shall not be parked or stored in residential zoning districts except at those locations where they are accessory to the operation of civic uses permitted in residential zoning districts. This regulation shall not apply to the AA District.

Respect your neighbors
★ No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises during quiet hours.
★ Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times.
★ Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.

No unstated guests
★ Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property.
★ Any additional guests that does not equal the number of guests in the reservation will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest.
★ Visitors must vacate the property by 11 PM each day. Otherwise, will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest.
★ The maximum number of occupants is 8 at all times for houses and 4 for apartments.

Check-in and Check-out
★ FEE: Unapproved Late Check-Out fee: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
★ Smoking on the property (inside and outside including driveway, backyard, and front yard), of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher.
★ FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
★ FEES: any tampering with security camera or equipment will results in a $250 charge per camera
★ Damages to any fixtures, walls, etc. will result in forfeiting your deposit.
★ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Pets
★ Pet fee is $85 per two pets. $5 per pet per night after two pets. Maximum of 4 pets per stay.
★ Only Dogs 75 lbs. or less and are house-trained are allowed on the property.
★ Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding.
★ When you leave the property, keep the dog in the kennel or take them with you.
★ A pet remediation FEE of up to $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay.

★ Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
★ Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
★ We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
★ We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
★ We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
