The resort was great and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was that the food and drinks were overpriced compared to similar resorts where we've stayed. This forced us to eat off-site after our first meal.

Everything was very nice except for a mixup with one of our rooms. One room was only for one night and two rooms for two nights and we were locked out of the wrong room at the end of the first night. It was straightened out but took two trips to the front desk and about an hour to get it settled. Other than that we had a very good time and enjoyed the resort.

The room was spotless. The staff was amazing. The jackrabbit restaurant though a little pricey was delicious. The waterpark was so much fun for the entire family and we even enjoyed the arcade. My kids loved losing to their dad at laser tag. We will definitely be coming in the summertime to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Our family has a great experience at the Okana Resort. We were able to enjoy the waterpark for 2 full days with our night stay. The staff were friendly and plenty of dining options if you didn't want to leave the resort. We are planning on coming back!

Room, staff, and amenities were great. Having items that cant be justified or explained is frustrating. I've called 10+ called and only was able to speak to a person once who promised to have the front desk manager call me back. Did not happen. No one called back. I don’t like when businesses charge me for extras I didn’t experience nor more than like providing services they are not paid for. This sucks and needs to be addressed.
