Watch out!!!!!
The listing showed it had 2 twins & 1 queen in the front bedroom & it ended up only having 2 twins. There were ants everywhere in the master bath (in the shower, under the cabinet, on the walls & in the sink. There were a nasty sheet pan & dirty dishes in the drawer under the oven. We arrived & the ac was broke & not working. It was 76 degrees in the house. We didn’t have ac for 3/4 days of our stay. The light fixture in the front bathroom was completely broke. The smoke detector started chirping & woke us up at 4am the first night we stayed. The beds were nailed to the windows so we couldn’t open the windows in the bedrooms for fresh air, so it was very hot. The bushes by the driveway are so over grown that it scratched our cars & made us have to park half way in the front yard because it took up half the driveway. Most of the windows either didn’t open or didn’t have screens on the outside where we could open them for fresh air.

I would like to apologize to our guest for an unpleasant stay. We strive to give every guest a 5 star stay. Our listing states we have 2 twin beds, 1 Queen, and 1 King. Due to the spring weather and all of the rain we have been having, it stirred up the pests. We had our Pest control company out the day it was reported to us and sprayed inside and outside of our home. We have had a lot of rain lately and have not been able to do landscaping, but we have taken note and will trim the bushes as soon as we have nice weather. I have addressed the dirty dishes found in the cabinet to our cleaning lady, so it is much appreciated for our guest to bring this to our attention. As soon as we were aware of the AC being broken, we had our maintenance guy out to install temporary units throughout, until we could get an A/C company out to fix it. Luckily, we were able to get an A/C company out on a weekend to resolve the situation and fix our unit. We replaced the batteries for the smoke detector the very next day it was reported to us, and ordered a new light fixture, which only had one light out, so there was still plenty of light in the bathroom. We went above and beyond to resolve the issues that were brought to our attention, unfortunately, when owning a home, things can brake and repairs will be made. We are very thankful to our guests for bringing this to our attention so that we can make the necessary repairs.

Cute little house with bad beds!
The only thing they need is some creamer for the coffee and new mattresses. The two twin beds are child size. My son is 6'4" and weighs about 300 lbs. He was miserable. My grandson is 6'2" and weighs 250 lbs. He tried to sleep on the other twin bed and ended up sleeping on the couch - not good! I slept in the master. The mattress is horrible. Please invest in new beds.

Cute, convenient, and comfortable!
Beds comfortable and showers clean. Great temp control and very quiet comfy A/C. Only a few min from brick town and just really like the house. Could use lamps in the living room area for evenings, as overhead lights are pretty harsh at night in any home. Overall would recommend this to anyone.

I feel this listing and house needs some updating. States front bedroom has two twin beds and a queen, it’s only two twin beds. All the beds are very uncomfortable and the master if you sit on the side of it and you slide off and the spring pops.. the back bedroom bed is lop sided and there is a door that leads to the back yard (dead bolt doesn’t even lock) and there is a giant gap in fence is but states fenced in yard. The front has a key pad to get in which is barely hanging on and is super loose. it states you get the code 30 minutes before arrival (at 4) we didn’t get it until past 4:30. The drive way has bushes along the side and limbs were hanging in the drive to where you couldn’t even get out of the passenger side of the car. Front window has what literally looks like parchment paper stapled over the window and is folded up with chip clips, it’s also ripped. One bathroom the handle is almost completely fallen off the toilet, other bathroom you have to lift and man handle door to get it to close. Multiple cabinet doors on the kitchen are barely hanging on, and Fridge water/ice also doesn’t work. Went to put ice in freezer and it’s very dirty and food was still in there. House also has bad bugs. We had a full box of cookies, it was full of bugs. We even kept getting bitten by bugs and have a rash. Even little details down to the instructions, they’d look much nicer in a cheap binder but instead are laying on counter all sticky held together with a paper clip.

Home as shown in pictures. I contacted host day before arrival - Stephanie indicated she would send check in info 30 minutes prior to 4pm check in on day of arrival - somewhat ridiculous since host/VRBO had $ for 6 months prior to check in date - we had a 10 hr drive to home - checked my email at 3:40pm CST - no info for how to enter home - I waited until 4:05pm - still no email - I had to contact host to request check in information - Stephanie did return info in about 15 minutes - this was somewhat annoying to me - again, host/VRBO had $ (full amount) in November '22 when we booked property. As a renter, I should not have to hound host to obtain check in info - not sure what the hesitancy is w/ giving info. My family has been renting from VRBO since 2005 - have not had this difficulty before. A few other issues w/ home were handled by host after contacting her - broken chair - picked up by maintenance man, missing lightbulbs in kitchen/master - maintenance man went to pick up and delivered back to home quickly. Of note to future renters - No dish soap in kitchen for your use - also water & ice machine on fridge are non- functional. Narrow driveway to park with shrubs along 1 side. Quiet neighborhood.

The house is beautiful, and location great. The communication with the host was excellent! In and out was easy and the place was comfortable. Unfortunately, some of the guests encountered a mouse in the house. Not a big deal necessarily, but coupled with the several small bug traps inside the property, perhaps there is an issue that needs to be addressed. This should be an easy fix, though!

FUN! FUN! FUN!
Highly recommend this property. We took four of our grandkids to OKC to go to the water park and Frontier City. The children had plenty of room to play while at the house. We took a bounce house with us and the back yard was perfect size to set it up and let the little ones jump till their heart was content - and wear them out for bed - lol. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. There are two things I would suggest - hook up the water to the refrigerator so there is ice - and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Especially the master bedroom. We would book again the next time we decide to stay in OKC.

Communication/Check In were smooth and seamless. Property is accurately pictured. Easy navigation around and close to downtown bars/restaurants/shops. Chose the location due to proximity to Norman, OK, and ease of navigation for college football game/tailgating. The lights in bedrooms are overhead only. Bedside lamps are not plugged into outlets and no outlets are available to plug lamps into- probably due to age of house. This is not a problem for most unless you are a bedtime reader, prefer to plug in your phone next to the bed for an alarm, or need to get up in the middle of the night to use bathroom. We travel with extension cords/outlet strips- bathroom night lights since this issue has occurred before. Seller may want to have those conveniences available and stored on site for guests and today's technology needs. Beds were comfortable- kitchen set up was great for eating/conversation/cards/games. Overall, a great stay with friends/family- the people were gracious and kind- Oklahoma Nice!!!

An adorable centrally located little property that made our trip absolutely wonderful
The house looks exactly the way it was photographed. The check in code was sent about 10 minutes before arrival time. When we got off the interstate I was a little nervous because neighborhood by the interstate was sketchy. I contacted the host and she assured us it was in a safe neighborhood. As we got closer to Historical Crestwood, it turned into this cute and quiet little neighborhood. The property was clean. The neighbors were quiet. This property is central to most of the locations we wanted to see and less than 20-30 minutes to most of the popular places, such as the OKC memorial, zoo, science museum and more. It's less than a 15 minute drive to the airport. Close to the Oklahoma Stockyards. It was perfect for our weekend stay. We will likely stay there again in the future.

In home stay close to the Fair Grounds!
Nice people to work with. All communication was done on VRBO messaging. Older home with nice remodeling! Nice shower, comfortable bed, all kitchen necessities, TV and Wi-Fi. In the master the bed side table reading lights were not plugged in and we didn't find an outlet for them. Easy in and out and 5 minutes close to the Fair Grounds! We enjoyed our stay.
