The entire staff was so very professional, polite and very personable and helpful in every way. Not only the room was worth the price but is was so cute, clean, and the best part for me…..very quite. So well worth it and needed!

Linen was dirty and had several stains and had to be replaced. Staff shortage caused me to have to replace the linen myself. Also there was no parking available I had to park in the grass. They didn’t mention that parking was an extra $20 per night when I booked the room at this hotel otherwise I never would have booked with this hotel. The overall experience was less than what simple accommodations you expect at any hotel. I recommend booking with a different hotel. My wife and I picked this hotel as we were in town for our anniversary and will never stay here again.

The room was nice but there was an unpleasant smell and it is right next to a night club that is very loud. Staying in Times Square in NYC was quieter at night.
