Our stay was wonderful and very convenient to the OKC State fairgrounds. The house was very clean, neat and well organized. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Not impressed

The listing indicated it was very near Bricktown, maybe if you measured in “how the crow flies”. The apartment itself, inside was well-appointed and clean but outside was a different story. It was difficult to find because we had to go in the backyard of a private house and it looked really sketchy. We lived through the night and all was well.

Really cute

We enjoyed our stay. The house was really cute and clean upon arrival. The host was easy to communicate with. Is the house old, yes but it’s been updated and has lots of charm. The house is the back unit of another home (stated in the details). Also, they send you a video before you check in so you see a layout of even the outside. We never had issues with the people who lived in the front house, never even saw them. I’m guessing they are used to seeing different people. I will say the look of the neighborhood was sketchy, but we had no problems and it was quiet. No loud parties around or loud cars speeding through. We stayed for 4 nights with 2 small children and it fit us well. Given the size and sleeping arrangements I’d say it is better suited for a family or 4 adults (friends).
