Staff was stellar, general vibe and ambiance were very fun. They had events and a bar too (which of course comes with some noise)! Standard motel style place, but my room was freshly renovated so it looked really nice and fresh inside.

I love The District. Most of the staff are like family. A note to fellow patrons. If you’re having a bad experience seek out: Rhonda, Gabby, Chet, Mark, or Atlas. They rock and will take care of your needs. Thank you all again for being my safe heaven!!!

Service was great. Among others, Gabbi at the front desk was very welcoming. I was nervous after reading reviews, but service was great. The rooms can definitely use some TLC, but looks like renovations are underway. The themed rooms were really cute. I love the concept , and recommend it for what it is. The overall vibe was awesome and inclusive.

Most unique and exciting hotel!

This place was amazing! I wish there were more hotels like this. We had a blast with the other guests every night. The themed rooms, even though we didn't stay in one, looked really cool! We would absolutely stay here again.
