Great Stay!

The host was very friendly and willing to answer any questions, very promptly. The house was stocked with cooking utensils, a few seasonings, bedding, towels, and soaps. The neighborhood is a very nice, calm, family friendly place. There is a pond with a fountain in the backyard, it was very peaceful to sit outside on the patio furniture and socialize with our friends. I would definitely recommend this property and I will be returning!!!

Home was definitely not as pictured. There had been some type of severe water damage, possibly sewer. The walls had bubbled areas from water, baseboards were completely pulled off in one bathroom. A badly done patch job on the ceiling from water damage too I’m assuming, since the fireplace stones were about ready to fall off around the outside edges. The bathtub was covered in rust all over the bottom where you would sit/ stand. The whole house had a sewer smell. Sent a message and received a call back stating that they were aware of all of this and if I wanted to vacate it they could finish the job??? No offer of a refund. Why would you rent this out, if you were working on it and knew about all of these problems? Charged me an extra fee for early check in which was expected, but did NOT expect the condition of this home for the price I paid.There were no other options were available on a Friday evening for the size of my party after already spending that amount on this dump.
