"Like all the staff for the cleaning the room .it a hit and miss 95% was good but couples times wasn't all the way through also it wouldn't hurt to vacuum being the furniture and dusting"

"Stayed one night with my husband to celebrate our 15th anniversary. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located near everything. For those unfamiliar with Calgary, heading the other direction on MacLeod after leaving can seem tricky, but you can use the dealership’s parking lot next door to access the other side. Parking in front is limited, but there’s plenty around the back. Our room was spacious and lovely, with a king bed, sofa bed, good lighting, and the main highlight, a jacuzzi. It was clean overall, with only small imperfections like the bathroom counter pulling slightly from the wall. The bed was high but very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The duvet was warm but a little heavy for me. The jacuzzi was large, deep, and relaxing, with room for two. It was a bit awkward to get in and out of for someone short, and a quick guide for the controls would help. A few towels near the tub would also be nice. The shower was easy to step into, the toilet height was great, and the water pressure was decent. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety including yogurt, fruit, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, eggs, and sausage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again."
