Clean room. Good staff. However, only 1 elevator so takes time to access and there is no non emergency stairs as an alternative.

シャワーから水が出なかったので、スタッフに問い合わせたところ、ひたすら謝られただけで解決してくれなかった。故障だと思い使うのを諦めたが、実はシャワーの横あるボタンを押せばよかっただけ😓 バスルームに使い方の説明をつけておいて欲しかった。 それ以外は、駅からも近く部屋も綺麗で広くまた泊まりたいと思った。

SORANO Hotel
Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. ...

KT1 Mori no Kabe Tokyo
15 minute walk from train station. 3 bedrooms with lots of extra spaces for the kids. Heat pumps in all rooms and a gift basket of snacks and drinks upon arrival. It was a great base to explore Tama and Sanrio Puroland. Great communication and instructions for absolutely everything in English.
