For me it's as simple as this. Seasoned staff, management that takes responsibility. A coordinated focused team...so if everything was going to hell in a hand basket, I'd never know. Staff were very friendly, our room was always cleaned and topped up with essentials and walking distance to everything you need. We will be definitely be coming back again to stay at the Playford.
