Thank you for the review. You stayed three nights and you were asked each day if you needed anything. If you leave the privacy sign on your door, housekeeping will not knock. If you had any issues, you should have brought them to the front desk so they could have been resolved. It was a pleasure meeting you though.

Very outdated and in need of repairs. Very unappealing appearance. The office/check in area was nice and the breakfast was about like other places that we have stayed but the room left a lot to be desired.

Great place for a quick overnight. For the price was very impressed with the room. Biggest surprise was how comfortable the bed was. I have stayed in a ton of hotels - most 5 star resorts - this bed was my favorite so far. No joke. Staff super nice.

The staff and manager took care of us after arriving and placed in a room we did not request in the back and room smelled. This is a motel not a hotel. Once moved , it was a much nicer clean room and they assured our move went smoothly. Our relatives were placed right next door and turned out to be a very good time.

This was the second worst hotel I have ever stayed
I walked into my room and it smelled like marijuana. Room was in worn out condition.

There were people yelling outside at 1am 2am 3am. The bathroom wall had a hole in it. The floor in bathroom wasn't clean. They painted the door frame and never cleaned up the globs of white paint on the floor. The staff was very friendly. The carelessness upon updating the room makes you wonder about the rest.

Connecting rooms had doors that did not lock. Moved rooms and toilet was dirty in new room. Took shower a good 10 minutes to get hot. Outside area had trash and beer bottle caps. No pride in appearance and unsafe to be in connecting rooms when doorlocks did not work.

Staff was extremely friendly, great service checking in. The room was clean. While property was in a quiet area, we could hear people walking by our room and people walking above us. Could also hear plumbing noises from nearby rooms.

Nonsmoking room may be nonsmoking now, but can definitely still smell years of smoking in the room. Bathroom floor had a puddle with hair in it, slipped and almost fell when entering the bathroom. Definitely an old and not well cared for bathroom.

The room smelled damp. When I got there it was 79 degrees in the room and very humid. I was able to turn the A/C down but it took over an hour to cool it down. It smelled mildewy/damp the entire time I stayed there. I had a hard time locating the hotel. Hotel staff wasn't super efficient and only vaguely friendly. It was ok. It was not expensive for the area, so you get what you pay for. Breakfast was decent. Scrambled eggs, pancakes were made by a pancake maker you just push a button on. Biscuits and sausage gravy. It was free and filling. The bed was pretty comfy, but did make a weird noise sometimes when I shifted in the bed. I would probably stay here again if I had budget restraints, but if I could afford a better hotel I would go elsewhere. It was clean, even though it smelled like mildew. Probably just wasn't used often.

The staff was very nice upon check-in but the room was exceedingly dirty TV did not work and the other guests and people just in the parking lot were extremely unsafe they were not on the good side of life

I'm sure Pastor Willaims and his family would disagree with you. I had checked them in just before you. Also, we were installing a new bathroom in the room next to yours. So, the people you saw were working on the hotel. Please, for future reference, if something does not work in your room, please call the front desk. Not what it seems!
Extremely older hotel, not anything like the picture or description on the website, very rundown and needing some major repairs. Air-conditioner had a fowl, musty smell, tiny bathroom, floor needed swept. Not true to advertisement.

Very nice hotel. Front desk team was friendly and helpful. The room was great! The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar hit the spot. Super easy access to the highway and plenty of parking. Very nice stay.
