This cottage sleeps six and includes a stunning master bedroom, with a sliding glass door leading you to an upper deck that overlooks Olcott Harbor. A front porch with rocking chairs will allow you to relax and enjoy the evening breezes. This cottage has one-and-a-half baths, a full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a large living room. Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We are repeat customers, but this was our first time staying in this particular house. I do wish I would have seen a picture of the stairs ahead of time (my spouse has some mobility issues). Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Wonderful property and location

I had a great experience with this property. Very clean and well maintained. The house included everything we needed for our stay. Location was great and a short drive to neighboring towns and attractions. Highly recommended

Great Home!

Traveled to the area to visit family for the Holidays. It was a perfect location close to the area attractions. House was very clean and well supplied of any household item you may need. Perfect place for families, and great new couch not pictured yet. It’s beautifully renovated, but being a older home the stairs are a bit narrow and tricky but we managed just fine. If traveling with a group they have multiple places right on the same block!

Lovely, clean cottage in perfect location

This cottage was perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. It was a great place to take her for walks - close to the marina, park, a beach where she could go into the water a bit. It was a short drive to interesting small towns filled with good restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come to this area and rent from this company again.

Quiet and beautiful!

My sister, boyfriend, and I stayed here for a few days to visit Niagara Falls and Buffalo, New York. We wanted something outside of the city and far enough away that it was quiet and this was perfect! It was super clean and really easy to check in and find. If you have small children, the stairs can be slightly challenging, but it wasn't too hard for us to manage.

We always love staying At these cottages.. they just need to update that their grill is charcoal And not propane so you can bring so you can bring some. Also the pictures look like it’s fenced in for the dog but it’s not.. which isn’t a big deal seeing as we have long leads with us. Thanks a lot

As Charming As Ever

We’ve stayed in this sweet cottage for several years. The recent updates were limited but lovely. The single beds in the first bedroom were quite uncomfortable. And a warning to Seniors or families with children, the stairs to the upstairs are very steep and somewhat treacherous. But, the cottage is charming; the owner is very responsive and the maintenance is outstanding.

Perfect cottage

We were so happy that we rented this oh so cute cottage.We had an easy 20 min drive to the falls area but then we came home every evening to the quite peacefulness of Olcott.The cottage was exactly as promised,super comfortable,we literally had everything we needed.I will be missing that front porch for a while.Also the restaurants in Olcott are good and the people were very friendly.

Such a nice visit!

We had a terrific visit in my hometown, back to visit family. The cottage is comfortable, clean with window air conditioners that kept the 90 degree heat out of the house. Love the front porch rockers, and the big master bedroom. Location is terrific for boat watching in the marina or walking over to the lakeshore. This is our third or fourth stay, and it's been consistently nice.

Very Cute!

We loved being close to the marina, and near to stores and groceries. Also wasn't a very far trek to the falls and to Canada. Would definitely stay again! Was the perfect size for our family.
