"Staff and room were great EXCEPT the toilet in our room ran non stop and you could even hear it with the bathroom door closed. AND the tub drain was clogged because when one person took a shower the water filled up mid calf level inside the tub. You stood in dirty water not draining. It took quite a while for water to drain out so next person could even attempt to take a shower. Those two things made our stay not so great. "

"Room was clean staff was great. When ask about the ice machine staff said that both 2nd and 3rd floor work. Bot both were unplugged and every time you plug them back in someone would unplug it"

"The room was awful. The bathtub would not drain, even over night. One of the beds was so squeaky that it kept us up all night. The wall paint was chipping, the phone message light blinked until I unplugged it. "

"In short, I would never stay there again! I checked in and was greeted by an apathetic and uncaring staff. One of the elevators wasn’t working, and I had to walk significantly farther to the next elevator. I walked into a room that was completely undone and a little shocking. The bed was stripped with sheets in the floor, the TV was blaring and there was a huge bag of trash right at the door. But wait, it gets better. I got a baseline apology at the front desk and was given another room. I was awakened early morning to two dogs barking, women cursing at each other and eventually 2 whole families fighting with the police ultimately arriving to resolve the dust up. It seems as if this location is an extended stay for displaced families. And while families in transition absolutely deserve a safe place to stay, I should not have to pay for a nightmarish experience."
