Last night the fire alarm went off all night long, could not sleep, than again in the morning. at checkout even after I had pre paid all charges with Expedia, they charged my card again for resort fee when my reservation was clearly written that resort fee was included, still waiting for hotel response.

The rooms need an update, price too high for what you get. Water runs very slow pressure. The beach of the Cove dirty, lots of garbage.

Absolutely beautiful relaxing property. The multiple restaurants were all excellent. The pool and pool area were very well maintained. Everything about the Island House was elegant and comfortable.
