Top Old Fort Erie Hotel Reviews
Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great location on Fallsview with a WEGO bus right outside. Very comfortable bed. The room was nice, but the "city view" overlooks parking lots. Several restaurants and starbucks on site. We only ate at TGI Friday - it was terrible. There's an enclosed walkway over to the casino and a Yuk Yuks downstairs. It's a WEGO ride to the falls or a walk down Murray Hill. Our room had a mini fridge, which was very handy. Our only minor complaint was the lack of towel bars in the bathroom. There was only one in the shower, nothing by the sink. The staff was friendly."
Niagara Retreat Center by Taiji Qi Yoga
10/10 Excellent
"This was really an excellent place to stay. The location is not right at the Niagara fall just a 10 min drive from the falls in a wonderful neighborhood. It is a warm cozy home like stay. The owner was such a wonderful host. We checked in close to midnight she accommodated us provided us with amenities and gave us a good room. We had our dog with us and she was so comfortable with us pet moving around the property. Breakfast was prepared fresh and provided and a free 1/2 hour meditation session is included. Overall was a wonderful stay we do recommend if you would like a stay for the weekend."

Sheraton Fallsview Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"All the staff was very helpful with answers to questions. Hotel lobby and room very clean and updated. The room was a comfortable size. We had an excellent view of both falls. We were able to watch the fireworks every night from our room. We chose to eat the buffet breakfast at the hotel. There were many choices and some unexpected on a breakfast bar such as roasted chicken, vegetables, etc. My husband really liked the young woman who made the omelettes. She was very upbeat and friendly and the omelettes were delicious. We did the dinner buffet one night. Again many choices. My favorite was the shrimp fried rice. It wasn’t like any shrimp fried rice I have previously had. The hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it very convenient. We did not park at the hotel due to the cost. We parked around the corner on Bender for a much cheaper price. If back in Canada would definitely stay at the Sheraton again."

Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview
8/10 Good
"We recently booked two rooms for a trip to Niagara Falls, and our stay was a straightforward mix of high points and a few noticeable drawbacks. The Good The location is fantastic. You are incredibly close to the falls, making sightseeing and walking around effortless. Despite being in a busy tourist area, both of our rooms were wonderfully quiet, allowing us to completely escape the crowds at the end of the day. We also really appreciated that the housekeeping staff does an excellent job; everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The Bad The rooms themselves are showing their age, particularly when it comes to the amenities and furniture. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work at all. When we tried to make our morning brew, we found that the in-room coffee machine smelled distinctly of old socks, so we quickly abandoned that idea. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. The mattress was so old and worn out that it had formed a permanent, uncomfortable sinkhole right in the middle where a person would usually sleep. The Ugly Honestly, nothing falls into this category. There were no nightmare scenarios, unsanitary conditions, or major dealbreakers during our stay. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice if you prioritize a clean, quiet home base right next to Niagara Falls. However, until management replaces the aging mattresses and updates the small appliances, you might want to plan on grabbing your morning coffee at a nearby cafe."
Marriott Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. Check in went smoothly. We went to bar for drinks and were served by friendly staff. That evening went to the spa for the oasis hydrotherapy experience, which was wonderful! In the morning we had the Breakfast buffet which had a variety of tasty fresh foods! We enjoyed our night away. We will be back!"
