Old Hickory Golf Club

Overall, fantastic. The only thing that could've actually been better was the breakfast; it was pretty mid even by hotel continental breakfast standards. BUT I do want to note that that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Good value stay! Nice location close to bike trails, lake and park/hiking trails. Quick elevator service, nice breakfast options and a full lobby bar, always a plus. Friendly helpful staff, and great fitness room too. Main road into Madison was under construction causing delays to get into town, but no fault of hotel. First day we were there happened to be the day they chose to deep clean the lobby tile floors, so there was a large truck parked in entrance for hours. Lots of noise, orange caution cones throughout lobby for many hours. Hoses running from truck into lobby with wet floors and full work crew. Hey, it’s gotta be cleaned some time. Clean room, nice shower, bed a bit lumpy, but all in all pretty good. Given all this, I’d still stay there again.

Front staff experience left was functional, but a very flat experience. Paul in Governor's club was very good, however. Clean rooms, nice pool and sauna. Would come again.
