"So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. "The rooms were clean and adequate for three adults. The staff was welcoming and very helpful; organized a taxi to take my 83 year old mother to a coffee shop downtown. It is in a quiet location and a good area to unplug from electronic devices. If you have mobility issues, you won’t have much to do but sit and look out at the beach from the patio. The swimming pool has a ladder to climb in and out, so we were not able to use the pool at all. We would stay here again if our plan is to relax."
