About this property

Enchanted Waterfront Cottage

  • Beautiful, private cozy cottage with nightly stunning sunset set directly on Roger’s Lake. Only 10 minutes to public beaches, literally the best of both worlds. This property has recently gone through many upgrades including a 30 foot by 6 foot boat dock. The home also has additional parking across the street. The cottage has a master bedroom sleeps 2, middle bedroom sleeps 3, loft bedroom sleeps 2 and 1 remodeled full bathroom. Sleeps 8 with pull out sofa in living room and an additional sofa on porch. Kitchen is small but beautifully remodeled with new appliances and granite countertops. Unmatched relaxation and location. We have paddle boards, a canoe, several tubes and life jackets. Bedding, pillows and towels are not provided.
