"We loved this sweet slice of ranch life. The covered front porch has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and we walked to the Salt River to fly fish everyday. This was the perfect home base for all of our Yellowstone and Grand Teton activities, as well. The hosts are attentive and communicative. We enjoyed our stay."

"Wonderful home for our mixed families of 10. Bedroom were a master, two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and two twins in each room. Plus a pull out couch in the upstairs loft. Kitchen fully stocked and we made meals a couple of days. The week we were there was toasty. In the high 90’s. No A/C in the house but fans were available. It was still kinda toasty upstairs until it cooled down at night. Very comfortable temps in the 50’s by morning. Loved having access to laundry. Eric was very accommodating and we had everything we needed."

"Our family all agrees that this is one of the very best locations for our gatherings ever. Perfect weather helps. Plenty of spaces to spread out for sleeping and activities. High Adventure within driving range. On the spot repairs and maintenance by friendly local man. Only real annoyance was the road construction traffic delays and heavy tourist traffic post-Independence day visitors. The sauna downstairs was already broken when we arrived and the HOA now prohibits guests using pool and nearby pickleball courts but we just did other fun things instead. Internet is great connection.Kitchens are both well supplied"

"16 of us came over the 4th of July. The property was beautiful, well maintained and perfect for what we were doing. Well stocked (even for a huge group like ours!) Communication with the host was great. Small town Thayne Parade was so fun. We want to come again!"
