"Room and staff was great, some of the patrons were interesting characters."

"The tough part was there were so many unaccompanied minors at the breakfast room. It was very chaotic. It was also very noisy at night. Many people yelling up and down hallways. Loud televisions and raised voices...not very restful."

"We were in a bind with a pet needing emergency care while we were in Denver. Despite a last minute booking on a Monday morning, the Hilton Garden Inn was able to accommodate us with an early check-in while welcoming our other large dog as a welcomed guest. The staff responded quickly via the Hotels.com chat feature on the app to our ask about the early check-in as well as easily adding our dog to the stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we were overall very pleased with the property. We didn't know whether our other dog would be released that night, but he was and so we checked out without staying the full night. Even so, the early check in and the comfortable bed allowed us to have the perfect late afternoon nap to make our overnight drive home much easier than it would have been. The Hilton could not have given us a better experience given our circumstances and we are very thankful for the accommodations."

"Clean, bare minimum- dont expect a safe, coffe maker nor a fridge. Great location, friendly staff- must be college students. Enjoy the outdoors with firepits and couches. Free cocktail tokens given. I left a bag in room, pretty covered up yet the credit card in it was compromised immediately after checkout. "

"In general good, but there were a few issues. Issues: Only one working elevator. Residual smoke plus cleaner smell in hallway Little bits of trash in the hallway Limited options at breakfast (juice machine broken, most cereal was out, not much fruit, etc.) Furniture was fine, but slightly lower quality. Good: Nice view of mountains from far Southwest corner in our room Quiet Nice building externally Room had everything we needed (fridge, couch, tv, closet, towels, etc) "

"I've stayed at the Boulderado dozens of times. Always a treat in every way, don't need to list them."

"Booked a king bed room and when arrived was told that the room was not avaiable. Hotel charges an additional $15 per day for parking on thier property. Check out was supposed to be noon, at 7 am doors started slamming, at 8 am cleaning crew pounded on door, then again at 9 am. Restaurant was super expensive with mediocre food. $5 for regular black coffee. Out of soda and tea. Sausage was still frozen."
