Old Oaks Park

I arrived to check-in early and they were able to accommodate me, however the room had a very strong perfume odor that would not dissipate. Also the room’s bedside lamps did not have a light switch and they offered to bring lamps up. They were able to move me to another room that did not smell and one of the two bedside lamps had a switch. The hand soap had a super strong scent as well. The live TV reception was not great, and using chrome cast was unstable. Lots of good food nearby. It’s a good minimal room for work travel but I wish it had a mini fridge. The gym was nice and new, but a bit tight, I’d say room for 4 people working out at once. 2 people lifting was tight, we had to work around each other. The staff was super nice.
