About this property

Near Oceanfront Property: Beach Access, Ample Parking, Paradise Found!

  • A Pearl by the Sea, offering off street parking for 3 cars. Just steps to the entrance to the beach, you will not need to cross over any streets to get to the beach. Ocean view at the entrance to the property. Feel that beautiful ocean breeze! You get the whole house! There are two units, up and down, which offers great space for the whole family but separation and privacy at the same time. Each has two bedrooms, one with a twin and queen bed and one with a full. There is a sleep sofa and futon for extra sleeping space. Each floor has a sun room with a sleeper. Each unit has a full kitchen and bath with shower. The beach house sleeps11 people. There is an outdoor patio and a shaded area under the awning. Side of the house has an outdoor shower. There is grill for cooking. There is a shed out back with some beach supplies. There is cable TV in each unit. There is wireless internet. There are AC's in large bedrooms on each floor and plenty of fans. Washer and Dryer on first floor. Just a quick 5 minute walk to the pier. The location coupled with the privacy makes this 'a Pearl by the Sea.' Sat to Sat rental only.
