Nice
We have stayed here twice and it work perfect for us. Close to the beach and convenient. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again.

Bad location and quality
No coffee filters for coffee maker (had to use a napkin), bathroom sink dripped, AC unit was so old and noisy had to turn it off in order to sleep, no top sheet on bed (had to retrieve it from drawer and put on bed to avoid having comforter against sleepers). Old Orchard Beach is a total dump (had no idea), the road along and adjacent to the beach is full of dumpy looking restaurants empty storefronts and run down motels. The beach looked OK (just looked at it didn’t actually hang out there). The water temps are so cold in Maine not sure why anyone would want to go to a beach there.

Enjoyed my short time here. Nice locale close to the beach and area. Clean, standard room that’s just right for a short stay when your enjoying the area.
